What appointment times do you offer and what areas do you cover?Dr Beau offers appointments between 7am-9pm, seven days a week. He currently operate across central and SW London, including Battersea, Chelsea, .Fulham, Kensington, Pimlico, Belgravia, Lambeth, City of London, Westminster, London Bridge, Notting Hill, etc.

Do I need to be referred by my doctor?If you are choosing to use medical insurance, please check your policy as some insurance companies require a GP referral before covering treatment. If you're paying for the treatment yourself, there's no need to go through your GP first. You can simply phone us directly to book an appointment.

How do I know if Dr Beau is fully qualified?Dr Beau is registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). His registration number is PH142883 and you can check his details on the HCPC website.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?Please inform us of a cancellation as soon as possible in order for us to offer that appointment to another patient. We reserve the right to charge for a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance. Please call our appointments line +44(0) 78 0120 2006.

How many treatment sessions will I need?This will depend on your injury, your medical and physical condition, and what is needed to reach your goals. Dr Beau will be able to give you an idea of the number of visits and a likely time frame after your initial consultation.

How long is my Physio appointment?Your initial consultation can take up to 60 minutes and includes treatment.

What paperwork do I need for my initial appointment?Any relevant information about your condition will help Dr Beau to make an informed assessment. If possible, please provide him with as much information as you can, such as X-ray or scan reports, hospital discharge reports, and letters from other health professionals.

What happens if my condition requires further investigation?Dr Beau has close links with GPs, consultants, and other healthcare specialists. Dr Beau will be able to refer you to the most appropriate professional for their expert opinion. It is our duty to ensure that you always receive the most efficient treatment possible to aid your recovery.

What happens at my initial appointment?Dr Beau will listen attentively, assess what is wrong, and devise a step-by-step treatment and recovery plan that is right for you. Depending on your problem, you will be given hands-on treatment and/or an exercise programme during your session.

What happens if I have an overseas insurer?If you use an overseas insurer, you will be required to pay prior to your appointment and then claim back from your insurance company. However, if you present a letter of guarantee with all the correct details we may be able to deal directly with your insurer.

What methods of payment do we accept?We accept all major credit cards. We do require payment prior to your appointment to confirm the booking. Payment can be made over the phone, online via BACS, or with a secure payment link.

Why do I need to give my card details if I am insured?All patients are ultimately responsible for the settlement of their account should any insurer fail to pay in full. We require your card details even if you are insured as many insured patients will have an excess or shortfall to pay. We recommend that you contact your insurer to find out what is covered under your policy. You will have seven days to query any invoice that you receive from us before payment is taken.

How can I arrange for my insurance company to cover physiotherapy?Dr Beau is recognised by most major insurance companies. Before proceeding with treatment, we require the following: • Your membership number, policy number, and authorisation code for this episode of care • Information about any excess on your policy • Details on how many sessions you have been authorised for and when they need to be used by
